Return and Exchange Policy

1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopenedproducts in their original packaging.
Policy Conditions: To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
- Due to hygiene and safety, used cosmetics or skincare products cannot be returned.
- Policy NOT valid on bundles & kits.
- Maximum of 2 items may be retuned per person.
- If the original order qualified for free shipping, a shipping and handlingfee of £3.99 will be deducted from the total refund in the event of a return.
- If your original order included a shipping fee, this will not be refunded,and a £1.50 handling charge will additionally be deducted from your refund.
- We cannot predict nor are we responsible for your bank's processing time of said refund. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at support@manabeauty.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address. Once you have received confirmation from us, please package the product safely and send it to the address we provide.
Please ensure that your return uses a tracked shipping method with arecorded receipt. We cannot be held responsible for any returns that gomissing while in transit or are damaged so please package your returnaccordingly to ensure it arrives back to us undamaged.
Returning a used item will result in the product being returned to you atyour cost or destroyed.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Ifapproved, your refund will be processed to your original payment methodwithin 14 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error(e.g., wrong or damaged item).Please note: Refunds are accepted or rejected at the sole discretion ofManabeauty
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need toexchange an item, contact us at support@manabeauty.co.uk
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale/clearance items
- Used/opened products
6. Shipping Returns
You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item andall shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackableshipping service.
7. Cancelling an Order
Should you change your mind and wish to cancel an order, this can onlybe done prior to your order being dispatched and will incur a 5%restocking fee to cover the card processing costs. We are unable to recallshipped parcels so any order that has already shipped will need to bereturned subject to our terms above.
8. Non-Delivery Of Items
If your order is returned to us owing to one of the following issues:
- Incorrect or inaccessible address
- Address gone away
- Parcel not called for
Then you are eligible for a refund of the cost of the item only less ourshipping costs or for the item to be shipped again at your expense. Pleasenote that in the case of an incorrect address, we can only assist prior tothe order's shipment or if and when the item is returned to us. We are notresponsible for items lost due to an incorrect address being entered atcheckout.
